We would like to thank you for your respected professional service for my mothers plaque.
We live in a very remote area of Oregon and have to dig our own graves in the Burnt River Pioneer cemetery.
Our ranch is about 1/2 mile from the cemetery and I can see my mom's grave from here.
The heart shaped marker was perfect for the granite stone we hauled from the mountains.

Hello Char,
I had meant to write you for a while but hadn't had the chance.
I was only able to get over to Florida a couple weeks ago and just got back this Saturday passed.
The plaque was there waiting for me as you promised and I wanted to say thank you again -
it was a really lovely job and my parents, although sad were also pleased.
It's strange to say but .....I hope I don't have to use your services again:-
( at least no time soon......but if unfortunately I have to, I will definitely do so and certainly recommend
you/your company to others.

Char,
Thanks for doing such a great job on the medallions for the monument in San Antonio Florida.
It was great working with you and we appreciate all that your company did to provide us with a quality product.
Jacob went before the city commission in San Antonio and presented a project to erect a monument
to honor all veterans, not just those who have passed. His goal was to accomplish this by July 4, 2007.
He started in March and needed to raise the necessary funds and secure the necessary approvals from the city.
He presented and was granted permission from the city to place the monument in front of City Hall.
The city even donated $3000 to the project which allowed it to get rolling.
It was dedicated by the city, and Jacob, on July 4, 2007.
This was Jacob’s eagle scout project. He did not want to build benches or do landscaping like others. He wanted something to remember. With all the up’s and down’s with this project, and especially with a short time window, this is one he will really remember as will all the residents in San Antonio.
I have attached a few pictures.
Cary Ritter

Hello Char and Russ,
Words can't begin to describe our total satisfaction with the service we received from you and your company.
The bronze companion marker for Mom and Dad arrived and we are completely delighted.
I am extremely impressed with the quality of the piece and absolutely overjoyed with its design.
Thank you for your personal attention in designing this with me.
I am amazed you were able to deliver in less than two weeks from the time I ordered.
We took the marker to the cemetery to be installed and my rep.
there said it was one of the nicest and heaviest she has seen in 9 years on the job. (I gave her your number!)
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, it was so nice dealing with a family owned and operated company
who cares about their customer. May God bless your and yours. You have earned my respect and loyalty for life.

Thank you, it was a fine job, the marker was beautiful, well suited for my dear mother,
as predicted the cemetery was not terribly happy with us 'going off site' to get our own marker,
but I did not really care, I was persistent and they came around,
I'm sure they stuck it to us a bit extra, and claimed it violated their standard sizes
( there is not one marker the same dimension in our family plot),
and they are dragging their heels putting it in, but I've already paid them and it should be going in soon,
or I'll have a talk to speed them up a bit, if you know what I mean.
Thanks again, M.Nelson

Subject: THANK YOU
Dear Friends at CR Bronzeworks
I can't thank you enough for your helpfulness, kindness and caring. It has
been an experience that I will never forget and you made a difficult time in
my life a lot easier to handle.
I ordered a baby marker for my baby brother who died in 1947 at the age of 2
days. I was only 17 months old when he died, but I had always felt there
was "something missing" in my life. While doing a family history I found my
baby brother, who no one ever mentioned his name or even acknowledged his
existance. Somehow, by the grace of God I found that "missing" piece in my
life. It was not easy to locate his grave as the cemetery he is burind in
was not helpful at all about helping me locate him. Their attitude was "it
has been 60 years, so what is the big deal?". This unnerved me in such a
way that I threatened them by telling them I was going to report their
ethics to the State of Washington Funeral Directors as well as the State
Attorney General. I had no idea what I was going to say to the officials,
but my threat worked. They bent over backwards to help me find my brothers
plot. They also were very upset with me when I did not order their marker,
which was nothing like I had in mind and more than five times the price I paid you for your most
beautiful work.
With your help and assistance I feel much beter about being able to give my
baby brother a marker he should have had so many years ago. I feel at peace
now and I also know that he is safe with our Lord and Savior. I cannot
thank you enough for all your help and assistance and I will be forever
grateful.

I spoke to Brad this morning - he said the plaque was "gorgeous!!"
And that he presented it to John, the new home owner on Friday over lunch,
he said John looked at though he was going to cry! He loved it!
Thank you again for all of your hard work and effort on this.
I cannot quite find the words to express my appreciation and gratitude for everything!!!

Hi Char,
Just wanted to let you know the marker came yesterday.
It was a nice surprise to get it on the ninth as we got together for dinner
and had a candle lighting service at the cemetery. Much to our surprise,
just after we lit our candles, fireworks were lighting up the sky just over the tree line.
It was nothing we planned or arranged for;
the fireworks place not far from where we were was just doing some test sets.
Everyone liked the marker and commented that it was perfect.
Thank you for everything,

Char,
I just wanted to let you know we received the Plaque earlier in the week, as you promised.
We all really like the plaque and the way it turned out.
We had some very nice comments about it.
We have a Stone mason that is helping my son out by mounting the stone top to the memorial,
he is also mounting the plaque.
We will have a Dedication Ceremony coming up on Veterans Day, November 11,2006.
We will send you a picture of the completed memorial after the ceremony.
Thank you again for the speedy work and delivery.
This should be a nice addition to our township,
and hopefully people remember all the sacrifices that Soldiers and their families
make everyday on our behalf.
Thanks again,

I wanted to let you know that the name plates were installed and everyone seemed to be very pleased with how it all turned out. I have attached a photo so show how they look at this time on the monument. You will notice that they did reposition the name plates to give the memorial a better overall look.
We wanted to thank you for getting these name plates to us in the time frame that you promised. This did allow my classmates to work on this memorial this last Saturday.

the Hopkins Honors House where Ann studied. This photo shows the plaque at

Dearest Family & Friends.....
As of last week, Cocalina's grave marker was installed. Thank you for supporting us through this all and thank you sooooo much for all the contributions to her marker! We love you and know that Cocalina loves you too.
Paul and I sat down one day shortly after she came into this world and really thought about what Catalina represented to us. We also thought long and hard as to what she would want on her grave marker.
We came up with a heliconia, the bird of paradise flower. It is our favorite flower that we see frequently while traveling throughout Central America and we had a lot growing in our yard in Italy where Catalina was conceived.....it represents her short life here on Earth, and since these are very sturdy/hardy plants, it also represents her struggle on this world and stubbornness to give up.
Then we chose to border it with the infinity symbol.....because she is part of our eternal family and will be with us forever in our hearts until we meet her again.
Blue Morpho Butterfly....this represents the fragility of life and her beautiful spirit that lives on. Butterflies are only on this Earth for a short time, just like Catalina. The Morpho also represents her loveliness inside and out. After all the horrible things we read about her genetic condition and deformities that could occur, we were awed by her beauty, big eyes, soft skin, and gorgeous curly black hair (Don't forget her chubby little chin!) Every now and then we feel her presence and get the chills….her spirit is alive and doing great things!!
Once again, thank you for everything and keep crossing your fingers, Paul & I have been busy trying to make her a sister or brother (or one of each!).

Oh my goodness!!! I didn't expect it to be done so soon!
I called the cemetery and they do indeed have it and are ready to place it...

I thank you so very much for helping me with this...

To Whom It May Concern;
My mother's bronze grave marker arrived today. I am
almost overwhelmed at the high quality of both the
lay-out and the casting -- particularly when compared
to some of your competitors. It's nice to see some
