The following photos were taken at the dedication of this large monument in Japan. These plaques were created for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Two very large bronze plaques were created for this event. The tall solid bronze plaque in the center contains full body bas relief sculptures of four missionaries with their names listed below in English and Japanese. This plaque is over 5 feet tall and weighed over 500 pounds. The one below was approximately the same size and contained an English description of the event and the Japanese translation written in Kanji on the opposite side.
