Many people ask if you have to be a Veteran to purchase a VA matching
grave marker, and the answer is NO. Anyone can purchase this style
of grave marker. The VA markers from CR Bronzeworks are elegant and
extremely well crafted. They are much less expensive due to their
simplicity. A 24x12 bronze VA grave marker is $430.00 and this includes
shipping anywhere in the US. For this price you get the name of the
deceased person, their date of birth and date of death and one line
of inscription (all uppercase and up to 20 characters) and one
emblem such as a cross etc. To add a bronze VA vase and ring (goes above or to the side of the marker, not through it)
is $280.00.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Most Veterans who pass away are entitled to a free grave marker from the Federal Government. The
surviving family are able to choose either granite or bronze. The
government does not provide a free grave marker for the deceased spouse
of a Veteran, unless of course, they were also Veterans. The pattern
has not changed for nearly 40 years. The VA marker also comes in only
one size, 24 x 12. There is also a VA niche plate available that is
5" x 8" and is typically used as a marker for a mausoleum or to mark
cremation remains. Both are available from CR Bronzeworks.
